1. How to avoid paying customs duty on my package?
To avoid paying Custom’s fee, ensure to keep your order total under $100USD. Orders that are totaled over $100USD are liable to attract custom’s fee.
2.How long will my package take to arrive in Jamaica?
We ship two to three times per week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday before 12pm
3.What are the restricted items?
Packages such as meats, guns, knives, etc., are deemed as restricted items by the Jamaica Customs You may visit they’re https://www.jacustoms.gov.jm website for additional information.
4.It’s a mandatory request by the Jamaica Customs that invoices must be provided for packages arriving in the country.
Failure to provide invoices will result in having your packages delayed and at times having incorrect charges upon final collection/delivery of packages.
5.What are our opening hours?
Our opening hours are: Mondays- Fridays 9am-4pm Saturdays 12pm-4pm
6. Where are you located?
We are currently online based and deliver only, Our pickup locations will be opeing this coming summer.
